Dichiarazione di accessibilità sito web per soggetti privati

Obel Srl si impegna a rendere il proprio sito web accessibile, conformemente alla legge 9 gennaio 2004, n. 4, alle Linee Guida AgID sull’accessibilità degli strumenti informatici e ai requisiti della Direttiva (UE) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

STATO DI CONFORMITÀ
Il sito web è parzialmente conforme ai requisiti previsti dall’appendice A della norma UNI CEI EN 301 549, che include le WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 e 2.2, in ragione delle non conformità e limitazioni descritte di seguito.

CONTENUTI NON ACCESSIBILI
I contenuti di seguito elencati non sono accessibili per i seguenti motivi:
Inosservanza della legge 9 gennaio 2004, n. 4 Dall’analisi condotta sulla homepage con WAVE Evaluation Tool 3.3.0.1 emergono le seguenti non conformità:

  • 1.4.3 Contrasto (minimo): 18 elementi di testo presentano un rapporto di contrasto insufficiente rispetto allo sfondo. Il problema interessa principalmente testi sovrapposti a immagini e sfondi semitrasparenti nelle sezioni hero e nei banner della homepage.
  • 4.1.2 Nome, ruolo, valore: 1 elemento pulsante interattivo è privo di etichetta testuale o attributo aria-label, risultando non riconoscibile dagli screen reader.
  • 2.4.4 Scopo del link (nel contesto): 2 link nel footer (Facebook e LinkedIn) sono privi di testo alternativo o aria-label, rendendo impossibile comprenderne la destinazione senza contesto visivo.
  • 1.3.1 Informazioni e correlazioni / 2.4.6 Intestazioni ed etichette: la gerarchia degli heading presenta un salto di livello (da H1 a H3 senza H2 intermedio), compromettendo la navigabilità tramite screen reader. Sono inoltre presenti le seguenti criticità di minore impatto:
  • link ridondanti (immagine + testo) che puntano allo stesso URL senza gestione aria-hidden
  • elementi con attributo title ridondante rispetto al testo visibile o all’alt
  • iframe YouTube privo di attributo title descrittivo
  • link a documento PDF senza indicazione del formato nel testo del link

Obel Srl is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 196 of 9 January 2004. 4, the AgID Guidelines on the accessibility of IT tools, and the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

This website was developed with the aim of ensuring equal and inclusive access to digital services for the greatest possible number of users.

  • 1.4.3 Contrast (minimum): 18 text elements have insufficient contrast with the background. The problem primarily affects text overlapping images and semi-transparent backgrounds in the hero sections and banners on the homepage.
  • 4.1.2 Name, role, value: 1 interactive button element lacks a text label or aria-label attribute, making it unrecognizable by screen readers.
  • 2.4.4 Link purpose (in context): 2 links in the footer (Facebook and LinkedIn) lack alt text or aria-labels, making their destination impossible to understand without visual context.
  • 1.3.1 Information and Correlations / 2.4.6 Headings and Labels: The heading hierarchy has a level jump (from H1 to H3 without an intermediate H2), compromising navigation via screen readers. The following less impactful issues are also present:
  • Redundant links (image + text) pointing to the same URL without aria-hidden handling
  • Elements with a title attribute that is redundant with respect to the visible text or alt
  • YouTube iframe without a descriptive title attribute
  • Link to a PDF document without specifying the format in the link text
